The 4,010-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a 2-story family room with a wet bar, white kitchen with granite islands, in-law suite, finished lower level, laundry chute in the master walk-in closet, large windows, new skylights and gorgeous views of the Carriage Green Golf Club.

The purchase: In June 2006, Sattelberger and Yates paid $860,000 for the home, or roughly $1.08 million in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The sale: According to Zillow, Sattelberger and Yates sold the home for $635,000 on May 24, or approximately $448,150 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

Sattelberger and Yates originally listed the home for $695,000 in February. They lowered the price in March to $675,000. 

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, Sattelberger and Yates paid $152,845 in property taxes between 2006 and 2017, or 24.07 percent of the sale price.
