The 2,900-square-foot condo has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, an attached garage, stainless steel appliances, hardwoods, heated floors, a fireplace, a breakfast bar and storage galore.

The seller: Julie Anne Hibbard

The purchase: In February 2017, Hibbard paid $910,000 for the home, or roughly $954,621 in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow,  sold the home for $885,000 on May 15, or approximately $69,621 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

Hibbard listed the home in April for $915,000.

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com, Hibbard paid $15,251 in property taxes in 2017, or about 1.72 percent of the sale price.
