Rautbor originally listed the home for a little over $1.39 million in July 2017. She brought the price down in February, August and September 2018 to $1.32 million, $1.29 million and $1.09 million, respectively.
The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Cookcountypropertyinfo.com, Rautbor paid $80,394 in property taxes between 2014 and 2017, or about 9.19 percent of the sale price.
