The 2,550-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths,9-foot ceilings, a gourmet white kitchen with a big island, a family room with a fireplace, French doors, a patio, and vaulted ceilings and a huge shower in the master suite.

The purchase: In April 2017, Stahl and Bernardin paid $935,000 for the home, or roughly $972,006 in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow, Stahl and Bernardin sold the home for $842,500 on March 21, or about $129,506 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

Stahl and Bernardin originally listed the home for $875,000 in February.

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Zillow, Stahl and Bernardin paid $14,263 in property taxes in 2017, or about 1.7 percent of the sale price.
