The 2,456-square-foot home has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, a 3-car garage, large windows that provide natural light, vaulted ceilings, multiple fireplaces, a finished basement, recreation room, sitting room, playroom, breakfast room and has scenic water views on a golf course lot.

The seller: Unnamed 

The purchase: In May 2014, the unnamed buyer paid $720,000 for the home, or roughly $769,337 in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow, the unnamed buyer sold the home for $575,000 on March 22, or approximately $194,337 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

The unnamed buyer originally listed the home for $599,900 in January 2019.

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, the unnamed buyer paid $80,321 in property taxes between 2014 and 2017, or about 13.97 percent of the sale price.
