The price dropped again in January, May, June and August 2018 to $950,000, $935,000, $899,000 and $889,000, respectively. In September and October 2018, the price continued to dip down to $875,000 and $849,900.
The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, the Makowiecs paid $211,805 in property taxes between 2008 and 2017, or about 26.15 percent of the sale price.
