The 3,840-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms, 6 baths, a 2-car garage, a arge foyer with a bridal staircase, hardwoods, a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, granite countertops, Thermador appliances, Subzero freezer, basement with oversized recreation room and a beautiful blue stone walkway.

The purchase: In June 2013, Schwab and Lieberman paid $767,500 for the home, or roughly $830,845 in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow, Schwab and Lieberman sold the home for $715,000 on Feb. 4, for $115,844 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

Schwab and Lieberman listed the home in November 2018 for $775,000.

 The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, Schwab and Lieberman paid $102,878 in property taxes between 2013 and 2017, or about 14.39 percent of the sale price.
