The 3,837-square-foot home overlooking Stonebridge Golf Course has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, a 2-story foyer and a 2-story family room, dark hardwoods, a sunroom, a den,a finished basement, a recreation room, a bonus room, an exercise room, and brick paver patio.

The purchase: In August 2007, Gabaldon paid $800,000 for the home, or roughly $978,000 in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow, Gabaldon sold the home for $625,000 on April 5, or $353,090 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

Gabaldon originally listed the home in September 2018 for $695,000 and lowered the price in February to $668,000.

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, Gabaldon paid $190,765 in property taxes between 2007 and 2017, or about 30.52 percent of the sale price.
