The 4,780-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, a 2-story great room with a 2-story stone fireplace, a walk-in pantry, a lower level with full-service bar, theater room, fully covered Trex deck, stone patio with retaining walls and scenic lake views.

The purchase: In October 2016, Decandio and Sell paid $700,000 for the home, or roughly $728,908 in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow, Decandio and Sell sold the home for $675,000 on Feb. 28, or approximately $53,908 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

Decandio and Sell originally listed the home for $710,000 on Jan. 8.

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, Decandio and Sell paid $20,307 in property taxes in 2017, or an estimated 3.01 percent of the sale price.
