The 2,351-square-foot brick Tudor has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, a 2-car detached garage, a finished basement with a recreation room, 2 laundry rooms and an oversized eat-in kitchen.

The seller: Christopher R. Yohe

The purchase: In October 2015, Yohe paid $537,500 for the home, or roughly $568,854 in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow, Yohe sold the home for $505,000 on Feb. 15, or approximately $63,854 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

Yohe originally listed the home for $590,000 in March 2018 and lowered the price in April 2018 to $575,000. The home was last listed in October 2018 for $525,000.

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, Yohe paid $24,642 in property taxes between 2016 and 2017, or an estimated 4.88 percent of the sale price.
