The Glicks originally listed the home for $675,000 in July 2018, but lowered the price in August to $649,000. In September, October and November the price continued to drop to $629,000, $609,000 and $599,000, respectively.
The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, the Glicks paid $52,867 in property taxes between 2014 and 2017, or 9.44 percent of the sale price.
