The 2,919-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, an attached 2-car garage, a 2-story foyer, an open floor plan, maple cabinets, granite counters, a butler's pantry, stainless steel appliances, stainless steel appliances, large closets, a patio, a firepit, a jacuzzi and a finished basement with a recreation room.

The purchase: In June 2006, Bresler-Livingston paid $535,000 for the home, or roughly $663,705 in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow, the home was sold for $485,000 on March 1, or approximately $178,705 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

The home was originally listed for $469,000 in February.

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, Bresler-Livingston paid $128,152 in property taxes between 2007 and 2017, or an estimated 26.42 percent of the sale price.
