The purchase: In July 2015, Olsen paid a little over $1.4 million for the home, or roughly $1.48 million in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow, Olsen sold the home for $1.11 million or approximately $371,000 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

Olsen originally listed the home for a little over $1.12 million in October 2018 and lowered the price to roughly $1.09 million in November 2018.

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, Olsen paid $31,415 in property taxes in 2016 and 2017, or about 2.83 percent of the sale price.
