The price decreased twice in October 2018 to $374,900 and $369,900. The home was last listed in December 2018 at $359,000.
The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, Williams paid $41,173 in property taxes between 2013 and 2017, or an estimated 12 percent of the sale price.
