The purchase: In June 2007, Trautz paid $147,500 for the home, or roughly $178,196 in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow, Trautz sold the home for $145,000 on Feb. 1, or approximately $33,196 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

Trautz originally listed the home for $149,900 in August 2018. In November 2018 she dropped the price to $147,500.

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, Trautz paid $14,041 in property taxes between 2013 and 2017, or about 10 percent of the sale price.
