The Aniballis own Dundee Landscape Nursery, according to the Illinois Secretary of State's office.
Ronald Aniballi made headlines in local newspapers in November 2007 for allegedly kicking and breaking a glass door while attending a bond hearing for his son at the Kane County jail.
The purchase: In November 2003, the Aniballis paid $475,000 for the home, or roughly $646,806 in today's dollars.
The sale: According to Zillow, the Aniballis sold the home for $410,000 on Jan.11, or an estimated $236,806 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.
The Aniballis originally listed the home for $460,000 in April 2018. In August 2018 they dropped the price to $425,000 where it stayed until it sold.
The property taxes: The Aniballis paid $50,876 in property taxes from 2013 o t2017, or approximately 12 percent of the sale price.
