The 2,484-square-foot ranch-style home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a sunroom, a huge stone fireplace, an unfinished basement, vaulted ceilings and 1.26 acres. 

The seller: Judith Juodis, John Brandli Jr., Patrice Sawyer, Christopher Brandli, John R. Brandli (Estate)

The purchase: In September 2005, Eileen Brandli and John Brandli paid $387,000 for the home, or about $490,002 in today's dollars, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

The sale: According to Zillow, the home sold for $325,000 on Feb. 20, or about $165,002 less than the original purchase price, in today's dollars.

The sellers originally listed the home for $340,000 in January.

The property taxes: Based on data compiled from Blockshopper.com and Zillow, they paid $40,253 in property taxes between 2013 and 2017, or approximately 12 percent of the sale price.
